This foundation is definitely on the expensive side at a pretty whopping £42, but I couldn't resist getting my hands on it. I'll tell you right from the start: I am incredibly glad I bought it.
I never used to like the idea of stick foundations. I'm not really sure why, I think it's just because I've always used liquids so they were out of my comfort zone. Because of the price and my hesitation towards these types of foundations in general, I was going to give this one a miss, until I tried the Anastasia stick foundation (review here), and realised how nice they are.
For me, the Hourglass Vanish Seamless Foundation Stick has literally no downsides. First of all, I'm also in love with the packaging. It's so sleek! I also want to take a moment to praise the shade range. There are 26 shades, so there's a shade for nearly all skin tones. My skin isn't the palest shade, which is really saying something.
It's completely full coverage without being cakey, but rather smooth and creamy. It's so easy to apply, it glides on the skin beautifully. I like the triangle shaped applicator, it makes getting product into the finer areas of my face precisely, such as around my nose and mouth, very easy.
