My Biggest Haul EVER: £1000 Bobbi Brown Haul!

If you read my blog, you already know I love Bobbi Brown. I definitely feel that I've really proved my love for the brand, I've only gone and spent an entire grand on skincare and make up products!

Before you judge me for spending that much on cosmetics, here's the exciting part: I won an £800 Bobbi Brown gift card! Bobbi Brown ran their #SeePerfectSkin competition to celebrate their foundations, and I entered. All you had to do was upload a photograph of you wearing one of their foundations, specify which one, and then use the required hashtags.  If you're curious, here's the link to my entry.
I really, really didn't think I'd win. Especially when I read the rules in depth and saw that that entries were judged personally on a number of factors, including appearance. Truthfully, when I saw that I thought that - given it was based on appearance - I had no chance. I apologise that that's a little bit of a sob story, but I really thought that. I'm still totally in shock that in international competition, I was picked as a winner!
Me being me, even though I had a whopping £800 to spend, went ahead and spent an extra £200 anyway. I'm just that extra. Bobbi Brown's website only accepts orders less than £600 at a time, so I placed 2 separate orders. One arrived a week earlier than the other, and I wanted to open them both together so a big box of make up sat in my room unopened for a week. It was torture! Regardless, here's what I bought:

I'm thrilled I got to try some of Bobbi Brown's famous skincare. It's all so expensive that I've never ventured into it before, but I've had my eye on all these items for a long time.

Books
Bobbi Brown Make Up Manual (£20)
A lot of make up artists who I've followed online (note: actual make up artists, not just make up enthusiasts on YT) have sworn by this book. I like to think I'm fairly good at doing my make up, but I'd really like to learn a little more in depth about industry techniques.

Beauty From The Inside Out (£16.99)
This book contains Bobbi Brown's advice on how to live well, feed yourself well and exercise well in order to attain perfect skin.

Did anything I pick up catch your eye? Is there anything in particular you'd like me to review on it's own?
