Photo Printing with Printiki

As a photographer, I am a total print hoarder. I just cant get enough of them. I think they're so much more than a bit of paper - they're memories; they're decorations. I love them! I recently tried out the printing service from Printiki.com.
I got 30 of the square prints with a white border, which almost gives them a polaroid print effect. I don't like using polaroid cameras, but I do quite enjoy this look, so this is a nice way to get this effect without the shitty quality of a polaroid.
Printiki is an easy to use printing service, and you don't just have to print from your computer - you can also print from your phone, tablet etc. You don't just have to have ordinary prints either, you can order retro prints, any size prints (well, up to 8x6 inches), with white/black border or no border, as well as photo books and posters.
When it comes to uploading, it's a really easy process, too. You can choose to upload directly from your computer, or select an image you've uploaded to Instagram, Facebook, Dropbox etc. You can select as many or as few as you want, so, you know, it's about as easy as it gets.
The prints are really high quality too. The paper is proper, thick printer paper and doesn't feel flimsy or cheap. I'd also have to comment on the fact that I was very impressed with how true to the original the colours were; the saturation, contrast etc. I actually deliberately ordered several prints of images taken using 35mm film, which are known to be somewhat tricky to reproduce digitally, and often - which I have experienced myself - digital printing dramatically reduces the quality. As you can see from the images included in this post, this has not been the case with Printiki!
I am really satisfied with the service. It took 5 working days from placing my order to receiving the prints, and, like I've said, they're very high quality. Even if you're not a photographer, prints are definitely really nice things to have. They make for great decor, scrapbooking, etc.

If you do choose to get prints at some point, definitely look into using Printiki - I highly recommend their service! Plus, if you use code "FZAPJ6RX", you'll enjoy free shipping on your order. Let me know if you get any images printed, I'd love to see your photographs!
