Product Empties | May/June

So firstly, sorry for the blurry images - my laptop broke and I had to transfer these from my desktop to my laptop once it was repaired, and the transfer butchered the quality for some reason. Secondly, let's take a look at what I've used up over the past couple of months!

This was such a disappointment, it literally did nothing, except maybe add a little shine? I'll stick to my Batiste!

A brilliant black gel eye liner, probably one of my favourite! I purchased a new jar straight away.

This is a great concealer, it's light weight, has a really nice luminosity to it, and offers a decent amount of coverage. However, I have to say that it's been knocked off the top position on ' my favourite concealers' list, so I probably won't be repurchasing it it straight away. I'm sure I'll be craving it again in the future, but at the moment I'm totally hooked on Tarte Shape Tape (still) and Hourglass Retouching Fluid
I bought this because I'd learned vitamin C is excellent for repairing hyper pigmentation, and I enjoyed it but probably won't repurchase. For the price tag it didn't do as much as I expected it to.
Probably my all time favourite face mask - I'd purchased a back up jar before this one had even finished!

This was such a lovely facial oil that was a total pleasure to use. It was very simple, hydrating, nourishing, played well with others - I felt happy patting a drop or two of this on top of anything. I won't repurchase just yet though because I'm currently alternating between the Rodin Luxury Face Oil* and the Omorovicza Miracle Oil*.

Speaking of facial oil, this pick from Rodial did a hell of a lot for my pigmentation. It made my skin look so much clearer and healthier, and really helped to rehydrate my skin! I love it! As I say, I'm currently loving a couple of other facial oils so don't need to repurchase immediately.
I know you might see 'Yardley' and think of your nan -because same - but I really enjoyed using this body spray. It was my day off scent, for when I wasn't doing anything except blogging or running to the supermarket, but wanted to smell nice without having to dip into my expensive perfumes!

Korres Wild Rose Peeling Mask
This is an amazing peel, I think this must be about the fifth tub of this I've gone through now! I'm fairly certain this has been now discontinued so I've stocked up.
This was another product that really helped fade my hyper pigmentation. I used it as my final step in my skincare routine (on days I'd be going outside) so I'd be protected from the sun, and from unsightly pigmentation. My pigmentation issues are mostly solved for now, so I'm quite happy with a standard, non treatment SPF.

Mascaras
Obviously mascaras expire fast so I go through them quicker than all other products! Here's what I've currently used up:
Third and final facial oil, I promise! I loved this, it helped massively with hyper pigmentation (are you seeing a pattern here?) and was in general a fantastic retinol, I loved this! It's a bit too expensive for me to repurchase right now - but I'll be looking into it in the future!

Sheet Masks
Sheet masks are my total, current obsession. I really do enjoy them. I think by and large they are quick fixes and not intended to be long term solutions. I personally use them for when I need a pamper, or when my skin is feeling particularly parched or dull. I don't expect to use one and solve dullness issues for the next week, but rather for that day or two at most. They're a boost to your current skincare routine, not a replacement for a serum or treatment! Here's the ones I've currently used (photographed L-R):
Simple Hydrating Sheet Mask & Pollution Protect Sheet Mask, Kiko Asian Touch Sheet Mask* (part of a limited edition range I believe), 111 Skin Gold Brightening Facial Treatment Mask (discontinued?), a wine extract mask that my pen pal sent me, can't find it online!, Too Cool For School Pumpkin Sheet Mask
