The Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide

I've been working on this for at least the past 4 weeks, and it's here! My Christmas Gift Guide! I've curated a tonne of festive goodies, some of which I own, have tried myself and loved, others I've seen and loved the idea of so much I had to recommend it.

This post has been drafted and re-drafted; I've worked hard to recommend only the best products and the most perfect gifts. So pop on some Christmas songs, fetch yourself a mince pie and take a scroll through my Gift Guide - well, guides, I've tried to find something for everyone, so there's a handful of categories -  Enjoy!

For Her
1. Radley Bayer Watch in Rose Gold*
This beautiful, feminine and stylish watch is a perfect 'main present'. This is a very practical gift, yet because it wears much like a bracelet, it's fashionable, too. It's light weight and delicate, and in rose gold, it's totally on-trend. I personally think this is so pretty and I know if I were to unwrap this on Christmas day, I'd be thrilled!

I also have to comment on the beautiful packaging. It comes in a little mint coloured tube that I think is just adorable, so this is one of those presents you don't have to wrap, you can pop it in a gift bag, or just pop a ribbon on top, and you're good to go, because the box it comes in so lovely!
2. Topshop Roll Neck Ribbed Jumper
I don't know about you, but I always get a jumper at Christmas time, and this Topshop number is a great pick. This is a classic chunky knit, a staple in anybody's winter wardrobe that you can't really go wrong with.
3. Yankee Candle Warm Cashmere
I don't think you can go wrong with a candle, am I right?
4. Lanaiblo Personalised Hair Dryer*
Another practical gift is the Lanaiblo Hairdryer - with the added touch of it being personalised! I think the personalisation is a really thoughtful touch, and also very useful if you live in a house with multiple women who like to do their hair so you know whose is whose (I'm talking to you, mum).
Having used this personally, I can also tell you that this thing is amazing. It's 2400 Watt and dries my crazy thick, mid length hair in 10 minutes. With my old drier, it used to take me 40 minutes! Plus, it has anti-static technology to achieve a smooth and shiny finish - and it totally does! I'm so impressed with this, and 100% recommend it as a gift (or just for yourself. That too.)
5. Caseapp MacBook Skin
Another brilliant present is a personalised laptop skin. I got a picture of my pug Betty to give for my dad for Christmas, A) to distinguish our MacBooks from each other and, B) my dad is animal mad, but he has such a soft spot for Betty. On more than one occasion, I've found him talking to her when he's been drunk, telling her how cute she is and how much he loves her, hahaha. So I thought this would make a really happy and thoughtful gift. Caseapp also have a number of designs you can choose from, too - the one in the graphic is "Pine" design. Plus get 20% off when you order from Caseapp with code "MILLIE20".
6. Ugg Ansley Moccasin Slipper
It's bloody freezing this time of year, so I'm permanently in slippers when I'm at home to keep my toes warm! I am seriously lusting after these slippers from Ugg. As much as I love them, because they're quite pricey, they're not the kind of thing I'd buy for myself, so they'd make a perfect gift.
7. REN & Now To Sleep
Give the gift of a good nights sleep with this new pillow spray from REN skincare. Containing lavender, hops and frankincense, the fragrance helps you to unwind, relax and, most importantly, get a good nights sleep.
8. L'Occitane Neroli & Orchidee Collection
L'Occitane, in my opinion, just oozes luxury, which is what makes it perfect for gift giving. I've picked out the Neroli & Orchidee set, containing the Eau de Toilette, Shower Gel and Body Milk. This is another gift that doesn't require much presentation preparation, as it comes beautifully packaged in L'Occitane's signature gift box.
9. Radley Lavender Gardens Flapover Bag
To be fair, this isn't part of Radley's new Winter collection or anything, but, it is the handbag I currently use and I'm so in love with it. It's beautiful and I get compliments on it constantly.  If I hadn't bought this a month or so ago, this would 100% be on my Christmas list. The other bonus of it not being in their newest collection is that it's on sale, too - it's more than £100 off!
10. Matthew Calvin Double Meteorite Necklace
This is such a pretty, understated necklace. It's such a simple design, comprising of two rings with a hand-textured finish, yet this is so stylish, this is one of my personal favourites.
11. Instyler Max*
This gadget is my current hair hero. If you or whoever you're buying a gift for is anything like I am, in the fact that I do like my hair to look nice but I can't be bothered to put the energy into making it look nice - you might just need this.
It's got a hairbrush-like head and a rotating barrel, and can be used as a hair straightener or curler (although I personally use it mostly as a straightener). It's super easy to use, gets the job done super quickly, and the smoothing plate is made from tourmaline which actually makes your hair smoother and softer! I've been using this on my hair everyday lately to make it smooth and straight, it's so much quicker than my old ghd hair straighteners!
12. Faux Fur Gloves
13. YSL Mon Paris
I love this perfume, it even featured in my last monthly favourites post. I would be thrilled if I was lucky enough to receive this for Christmas, I feel like a YSL perfume is such a luxury gift item that would make for a real treat for someone. Mon Paris is a gorgeous floral fragrance; it's sophisticated, it's feminine and the bottle is stunning as well.
14. Cat Dressing Gown
This is such a cosy, seasonally appropriate gift. The cat design is adorable too!
15. Katie Loxton Sparkle and Shine Jewellery Box
I spied this in John Lewis a few days ago and I was so drawn to it. It's the perfect size jewellery box, only about the size of a typical make up bag. I thought it'd be perfect for travelling too. The design is also sweet!
16. Tangle Teezer Silver Luxe
I swear by my Tangle Teezer, if you have someone in your life that's not a convert yet, you definitely need to introduce them to this magical little hair brush!

For Him
I've bought my granddad hankies this year, I think they're a safe bet for anybody over the age of 60.
This is the gift I got for my boyfriend technically for his birthday (November 29th - birthdays close to Christmas are so annoying, having to find unique and thoughtful presents so close together is hard!) and he was thrilled with it. I love this watch from Accurist, I think the navy face and brown leather strap looks so nice together, it's a very classic style.
I know men don't usually wear pyjamas but it's so cold this time of year, I don't think they'd hurt. Another practicality is that they're perfect as lounge wear for lazy days, or 'man flu' days feeling sorry for themselves.
This is a perfect gift set for any man who to indulge in a bit of luxury now and again, containing the Cologne Cedrat Eau de Toilette, shower gel, soap and after shave balm.
This is something I'd pick up for my boyfriend because he absolutely needs moisturiser, but he's just not into skincare. I think if you have a man in your life who's similar, I think Christmas gifts are a great way to not-so-sublty push them in the right direction (I am making some progress - he occasionally pinches a bit of my face cream!)
This is a great luxe gift if you really want to spoil someone.
From my observations, men have an affinity for any and all random gadget and gadget related items. I also find they're quite protective of their gadgets, so this tech holder is a good pick, I think - practical, too.
10. Boxers
An easy pick for a gift for the boyfriend/husband!
Another luxury pick if you really want to spoil somebody.

Stocking Fillers
Whoever invented the shower cap deserves a medal, being able to have a shower without having the fuss of washing and drying your hair is the key to happiness in life. This is a practical little gift that I know I'd definitely appreciate.
I live for bed socks. They're so comfortable and cosy, a must-have for winter.
I love a new phone case, anybody else?! I think they make great stocking fillers - they're the perfect size, and affordable. My phone is currently clothed in the "Illustration by Laura Lucy" design, but you can also personalise your phone case. Plus get 20% off when you order from Caseapp with code "MILLIE20".
This is a great stocking filler, I think it's so cute and - it's £2.50!
10. Trinket Dish
This is so adorable and definitely a must have stocking filler for any blogger in your life. Imagine this in an Instagram shot, with bokeh of a quaint window looking out onto a snowy scene in the background....
I love this hand cream, it's a luxurious cream that leaves your hand soft and supple. I love the little box it comes in, too - it's perfect to pop into a stocking.

For Beauty Lovers
This beautifully presented kit contains a bunch of Urban Decay's best selling products, including the original primer potion, three eyeshadows (Bordello, Pyschadelic Sister and Sellout) and three eye pencils (Demolition, Psychedelic Sister and Zero).
This is an incredible value set, the contents is worth over £80 and includes Dandelion Twinkle,  Brow Pencil, Double the Lip lipstick "Nude Scandal" and They're Real Mascara.  This is the perfect gift for any beauty lover. Plus, did you see I'm giving away one of these gift sets? Enter here.
Another great value set! Presented beautifully in a cute little jar (which, once you take the lip balms out, is great for storing cotton pads/buds in, FYI) are three lip balms, the original beeswax balm, pomegranate lip balm and the tinted lip balm in Hibiscus
I can personally testify that Wayne Doss's brushes are the best. They're pricey, granted, but honestly, these are 100% worth it.
The Collection is a staple brush set for any make up junkie's collection, it contains a foundation brush, a small and large tapered powder brush and five eye brushes. They're super soft, luxurious, and hold up really well after washing.

This incredible value gift set contains a whole host of skincare favourites - a Clay Mask, Nutrient Rich Moisturiser and Detoxifying Facial Scrub. I can personally recommend all three of these products, so this set is definitely worth it! This would make a brilliant gift to any beauty lover.
This is the pride of my vanity. This collection of 12 stunning, luxurious lipsticks come in Charlotte's 'lipstick wardrobe'. If you're looking for a ultra luxe gift for a true make up lover, look no further. You can see the whole collection swatched here
This stunning eyeshadow palette contains seven  shimmer shades, resembling Becca's iconic pressed shimmering skin perfecter formula. I love this palette!
If you know a highlighter addict, they will want to unwrap this on Christmas day, trust me. This palette contains three beaming, shimmery highlights - a golden tone, pink tone and a bronze tone.
I love this! In one cracker, you get two 30ml hand creams. I keep one on my vanity, and the other in my handbag. I love Time Bomb's hand creams - containing argan oil and vitamin e -they make my hands feel practically like silk!
This is great value - you get a full sized Miracle Facial Oil, which is usually £75 alone. So for an extra fiver, you get the Queen of Hungary Facial Mist (a best seller) and the Elemental Emulsion. Both are 30ml which is a really generous travel size - they're by no means sample sized, if you know what I mean.
Omorovicza's Christmas sets are all fantastic value - I've just run out of my Thermal Cleansing Balm, so instead of repurchasing it, I bought - for the exact same price as the balm alone - the Moor Mud Set, which includes a face mask and exfoliator. It didn't arrive in time to include in this post, sadly!
I love the bauble presentation in this set! You get an original beauty blender and a bar of (my all time favourite brush cleanser) Blender Cleanser.
This skincare set contains travel sized Glycolactic Mask (one of my favourites!) and Instant Firming Beauty Shot, and a full size Global Protection Day Cream. REN is a great brand, and I can personally recommend all three of these products - so this gift set is a really great pick.
I am obsessed with this! Becca just does face palettes right, every time. This contains a couple of shades new and exclusive to this palette, "Icicle" (frosty highlighter) and a rosy blush "Winter Berry", as well some other Becca bestsellers - "Bondi" bronzer, "Blushed Copper" blush and two highlighters, "Moonstone" and "Rose Quartz".
Another face palette pick - this is another beauty. It contains 2 blushes, a bronzer, two highlighters and a face powder. As a side note, I love the rose gold packaging of this! See a full review and swatches here
Top to bottom: Chihuahua, Chocolate Honey, Hopeless Romantic, Drop Dead Read
This a set of four liquid lipsticks that every beauty junkie will want. It contains four beautiful shades, Drop Dead Red, Chihuahua, Chocolate Honey and Hopeless Romantic. All of them are beautiful, and the formulas (from matte to high shine) are all fabulous, too. Too Faced liquid lipsticks are great, to be honest.

Foodies, Tea & Coffee Lovers
I've included this category because when I've been out shopping I've seen so many amazing foodie gift sets. I've included some of the sets I've seen that really stood out to me. I think a gift set that's food related is always a good bet for those people who are tricky to buy for - everyone loves food, right?

This deserves an honorary mention as it's multi purpose and, most importantly, dairy free. I am lactose intolerant so I shouldn't have dairy, and it's products like this that make it easy to avoid. This can be used to make ice cream and almond milk!

For The Dog

As "mummy" to two pugs (yes, mummy, if you disagree, I'll fight you), I couldn't not include a gift guide "for the dog". Barney (bottom picture) is a big baby and loves his cuddly toys, but Betty is just plain greedy.
The one I actually used in the graphic was out of stock, but I've linked to one similar.

I hope you liked my picks!
